I cannot say enough about the staff member...SAM. My husband had some kind of mental break, for the first time in his life. He had walked to a fast-food place close to the hotel and forgot where he was. He was gone for two hours. During that time, she consoled me and tried to keep me focused. She went way above her role as an employee and stayed with me until the fire department found him and returned him to the hotel. I will never forget her kindness and genuine concern. Your corporation should be very proud of her conduct and compassion she showed to you guests. Thank you SAM, from my heart to yours.

Front desk Kylie went above and beyond to make sure that I got the room I needed, after being told the elevator was out of service, so my room would be on the 2nd floor. She offered to help me carry my things up the stairwell, but I refused to be placed on any other level other than the 1st floor and explained I had very heavy work crap to lug up a stairwell. She found a room on the 1st level and continued to be willing to make my stay better and help me with anything else I needed. She is rare nowadays regarding her customer service skills and I hope she is much appreciated and valued by her employer.

1) Disability room (specifically the bathroom, including raised toilet seat) exceeded my expectations & is the best of any hotel where I've ever stayed since needing this kind of accommodation several years ago. 2) Hotel employees (from every department) on each shift were friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable & extremely sensitive to & accommodating of me & all guests that I witnessed during my stay, including during their busiest times.

It seemed renovated, which was a plus for a one night stay. Smelled nice and looked clean upon entrance. Staff, front desk person's greeting very bland from the first day. We'll see how the next person is upon checkout. Our room was very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom & linens actually looked like they had been cleaned. The elevator was dated, but worked fine. Overall, good stay for the price and location, mall setting, excellent!

The breakfast was terrible. They were out of everything when we arrived at 8:00 am, and there was no one there to replenish the food. The woman at the desk, said she didn’t know where the breakfast items were, so we just ended up with some toast (without jam, as that was out of stock), as there was no sausage, eggs, milk for cereal available.
